POR 2.2 lansat ! 150 milioane EURO alocare bugetara, proiecte intre 1.5 si 6 mil. euro

Autoritatea de Management pentru Programul Operațional Regional (POR) 2014-2020 din cadrul Ministerului Lucrărilor Publice, Dezvoltării și Administrației (MLPDA) a lansat un nou apel de proiecte pentru acordarea de ajutoare de stat și ajutoare de minimis în scopul dezvoltării întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii.

Beneficiari eligibili: IMM

Obiectiv specific: OS 2.2 Îmbunătățirea competitivității economice prin creșterea productivității muncii în IMM-uri în sectoarele competitive identificate în SNC

Solicitanți eligibili: societățile constituite în baza Legii nr. 31/1990 privind societățile, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare sau în baza Legii nr. 1/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea cooperaţiei, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, care se încadrează în categoria întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii din mediul urban, sau a întreprinderilor mijlocii din mediul rural.

​Condiții detaliate de eligibilitate a solicitantului:

  • Locul de implementare a proiectului este situat în:
    • mediul urban (inclusiv sate aparținătoare de orașe) pentru întreprinderi mici și mijlocii;
    • mediul rural pentru întreprinderile mijlocii.
  • Domeniul de activitate în care se realizează investiţia trebuie să se regăsească în Anexa 2 la Ghidul Solicitantului
  • Solicitantul este societate sau societate cooperativă care se încadrează în categoria întreprinderilor mici sau mijlocii din mediul urban, sau a întreprinderilor mijlocii din mediul rural
  • Solicitantul a desfăşurat activitate pe o perioadă corespunzătoare cel puţin unui an fiscal integral și a înregistrat profit din exploatare (>0 lei) în anul fiscal anterior depunerii cererii de finanțare

Tipuri de investiții eligibile:

Proiectul propus în cererea de finanțare trebuie să cuprindă, în mod obligatoriu, investiții în active corporale (construire / extindere / dotare cu active corporale). Este opțională includerea, în proiect, a investițiilor în active necorporale.

Alocarea financiară totală a apelului este de 150.000.000 euro, împărțită pe cele 7 regiuni mai puțin dezvoltate astfel:

  • Nord-Est: 26,265,000 euro;
  • Centru: 20,730,000 euro.
  • Sud Muntenia: 23,610,000 euro;
  • Sud-Vest-Oltenia: 17,955,000 euro;
  • Vest: 17,655,000 euro;
  • Sud-Est: 22,290,000 euro;
  • Nord-Vest: 21,495,000 euro;

Valoarea minimă a unui proiect este de 1.500.000,00 euro.

Valoarea maximă a unui proiect este de 6.000.000 euro.

Microindustrializare si Comerț – 2 apeluri de finanțare pentru firme in Aprilie-Mai 2020

Firmele care vor aduce aport propriu de minimum 25% și care vor angaja români din diaspora  întorși în țară vor avea punctaj suplimentar la fondurile nerambursabile de câte 450.000 de lei (94.000 euro), resepectiv 250.000 de lei (52.000 euro) din programele Microindustrializare și Comerț 2020, conform grilelor de punctaj propuse, miercuri, de Ministerul Economiei.

Bugetul alocat schemei de minimis Microindustrializare pentru anul bugetar 2020 este de 65.000.000 lei.

Din acești bani se vor acorda firmelor câștigătoare ajutoare financiare nerambursabile de maximum 450.000 de lei, fiecare, în baza unor planuri de afaceri.

Finanțarea de la stat va avea o intensitate de maximum 90%. Aceasta înseamnă că firma beneficiară va trebui să suporte minimum 10% din valoarea investiției eligibile, plus TVA. De asemenea, firma va trebui să plătească investiția întreagă și să aștepte apoi să-și primească de la stat ajutorul de minimis de maximum 450.000 de lei.

Cei care nu au bani pot apela la componenta de credit de la bănci partenere în program.

Firmele vor fi obligate să angajaeze minimum 2 persoane cu normă întreagă, pentru a obține banii de la stat. În plus, prin grila de punctaj propusă acum, vor fi punctați suplimentar antreprenorii care vor angaja români întorși acasă din diaspora.

Important va fi și numărul de angajați deja încadrați în firmă, la intrarea în program.

De asemenea, punctaj suplimentar se va da și pentru firmele care vor veni cu aport propriu de minimum 25% la investiție, conform propunerii.

Admiterea în Program se va face în ordinea punctajului obținut la evaluarea planurilor de afaceri on-line. La punctaje egale va prevala:
– valoarea procentului aferent aportului propriu;
– valoarea profitului din exploatare la 31.12.2019;
– punctajul aferent ponderii investițiilor în echipamentele prevăzute la pct 2.1, 2.2 și 2.3. din H.G. nr. 2139/2004 și software-uri necesare desfășurării activității sau obiecte de inventar asimilate grupelor menționate;
– punctajul criteriilor aferente cursurilor de competențe digitale;
– punctajul aferent criteriului de finanțare anterioară;
– numărul de locuri de muncă ce urmează a fi create conform planului de afaceri;
– numărul de locuri de muncă ce urmează a fi create din rândul persoanelor care fac dovada întoarcerii din diaspora;
– data și ora înscrierii în program.

Palantir worked with Cambridge Analytica on the Facebook data: Whistleblower

Palantir worked on the Facebook data that was acquired by Cambridge Analytica, whistleblower Christopher Wylie tells members of U.K. Parliament.

Check this out. These are no fucking jokes.

Everyone remembers the Cambridge Analytica scandal, and how the mainstream media tried to show how the Trump campaign spied on Facebook users.

Beyond the fact that user profiling for targetted ads, on the Internet, is a legal activity that dates decades back, and that EVERYONE uses – that’s how you get your shoes ads, in exchange for all your activity records, this is what cookies are for, for those that still don’t get it – beyond all that, there are a lot of powerful pieces of information, that you can find if you research a little, and that the idiots thinking they get the truth from their TVs will never get.

Here they are.

* Palantir is a data mining company – just like Cambridge Analytica – based in Sillicon Valley – you know, the place where all the miracle, hundreds of billion dollars worth, “basement startups” like Microsoft, Apple, Google, Uber – another independent startup that spread up like a wild fire across the globe, in a few years, without any obvious competitional reason, promoted by the mainstream worldwide – just like all the rest of the independent miracles – and universal beneficiary of inexplicable operational and financial regulation exemptions in all jurisdictions, compared to all other, normal, private taxi companies. The only differences Uber presents to other cab companies are, across the board, competitional disadvantages – inability to use cash, the impossbility to use taxi stops, the absence of call centers, drivers without background checks or licenses, the absence of special, publci transportation insurance, and every single trip recorded, with the personal data of every user, along with the times, stops, etc.. within a personal car sharing system. We all know how the removal of cash, recording all personal data and activity, and car sharing/pooling, as opposed to car owning, are stated intended implements of the Leftist NWO, but I digress.

* Among Palantir’s clients were the NSA, and FBI. The company itself I’ve seen reported as being backed by the CIA.

* Palantir was co-founded by billionaire Peter Thiel, who owns Paypal – a chairman of which has been, until recently, Elon Musk (Tesla, Space X) – and also stakes in… Facebook. Facebook is the platform Cambridge Analytica worked on.

* Cambridge Analytica CEO Alexander Nix was introduced to Palantir by Sophie Schmidt, the daughter of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

* Eric Schmidt himself has established a company which carried on the exact same task for Hillary Clinton, after having done the same for Barraq Hussein. The had of Google himslef – the one that records all your searches, provides the results that you take as news, that own the operating systems of the vast majority of all smartphones in the the world – Android – and claims to be politically objective – but about all this, in a separate post.

* Before the 2016 US elections, these are all Obama’s FBI, NSA, and CIA. I seriously doubt it that they set out to help Trump win.

* Several people from Palantir moved to work at Cambridge Analytica, reportedly at Christopher Wylie’s behest (the whistleblower).

* Wylie, himself, who said that he dreamed of turning CA into “NSA’s wet dream”, is a gay, hair dyed, army uniform wearing, vegan guy, with a resentful, cynical attitude, that fits the Leftist “liberal” profile to a tee. We all know how fond Liberals are of Trump.

I find it very hard to believe that these people decided to go against their convictions, or job descriptions, to help Donald Trump win, against the establishment, and then, all of a sudden, had the revelation that they were working against their conscience, which they were unaware of, until then, and blew the whsitle.

* Another great coincidence – I told you how much I believe in coincidences – is that Donald Trump’s campaign declined using the data from CA, shortly after hiring them, which the mainstream media doesn’t say, preferring to use RNC data instead.

The whstile blowing happened soon after.

So, these are the facts. That you will never hear in the mainstream. You draw your own conclusions.

Nearly Half of So-Called ‘AI Firms’ in Europe Never Use Artificial Intelligence, VC Firm Says

London venture capital firm MMC Ventures has conducted a damning survey which revealed that 40% of “AI” firms in Europe don’t use AI at all, and are simply using the term to capitalize on the hype associated with the term. MMC examined 2,830 self-described AI startups throughout 13 EU countries. The VC firm found that 40% don’t use AI technology in a way material to their business, generally without even investing in artificial intelligence/machine learning technology at all.
